From the Hip – Benefit Concert SOLD OUT!

Join us for a memorable night on Saturday, November 29th in support of Rose of Sharon! The incredible band ‘From the Hip’ hit the stage for a night of solid tunes perfectly covering one of Canada’s best bands, ‘The Tragically Hip’. This event is generously sponsored by Amanda Wilson and Samantha Gowda-Singh of Desjardins Insurance and will be held at the Market Brewing Taproom.

Doors are at 7PM with ‘From the Hip’ hitting the stage at 8PM and playing all night! The band will be covering the album ‘Fully Completely’ in its entirety and playing the hits for the second half of the night. ‘From the Hip’ have been rockin’ since 2018 and as a group of passionate Tragically Hip fans they strive to honour the original band’s music and keep their traditions alive with an incredibly authentic show.

There will be a raffle, auction, and live painting by Danny Granger with a majority of proceeds going to support our free programs and services for young moms and their little ones.
