With the holiday season fast approaching, we know that what should be a joyful time can quickly become stressful, especially for pregnant and parenting young mothers.

We invite you to help our young families this holiday season.

How you can help:

Give a young mother and her children a thoughtful, heartwarming gift this holiday season.

Each basket donor will receive a personalized wish list created by a young mother that includes gift suggestions for her children ($100 value per child) and a $100 Walmart gift card for mom. Enjoy the process of choosing items from the wish list and assembling your basket, knowing you’re creating a memorable holiday for a young family.

Each month, 150 young families living in our community receive Family Care Packages delivered by our dedicated volunteers. The average value of each monthly Family Care Package is $405.

Unfortunately, our supplies are running low. We are in need of the following items:

Non-perishable Items (non-expired):

• • Canned goods: fruits, vegetables, tomatoes, salmon, tuna, chicken
  • Pasta and pasta sauce
  • Rice and side dishes
  • Snacks: crackers, cookies, granola bars
  • Cereal
  • Peanut/nut butter, jam, honey
  • Salad dressing
  • Condiments: mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, hot sauce
  • Sugar, salt, pepper, seasoning
  • Vegetable oil and olive oil
  • Dish soap
  • Baby formula:
  • Enfamil Stage 1 and 2 (powder and liquid)
  • Good Start Stage 1 and 2 (powder only)
  • Similac Stage 1 and 2 (powder and liquid)
  • Enfamil Gentle Ease (powder and liquid)

Diapers:

• • Diaper sizes 4, 5, 6, 7 (boys and girls)
  • Pullups sizes 2T/3T, 3T/4T, 4T/5T (boys and girls)

Baby Care Products (new and full-size):

• • Body wash, lotion, powder
  • Diaper rash cream
  • Baby wipes
  • Toothbrush and toothpaste

Mom Personal Care Products (new and full-size):

• • Shampoo and conditioner
  • Face and body wash
  • Face and body lotion
  • Makeup remover
  • Deodorant
  • Toothbrush and Toothpaste
  • Hairbrush

New Clothing:

• • Sizes small to large for young mothers (no maternity wear)
  • Sizes 2 to 12 for children

Grocery Gift Cards:

• • Walmart, President’s Choice, No Frills (preferred)
